REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products—including ebooks, audiobooks, download bundles, and any other instantly accessible files—are final.
Because digital items are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or invalid email address entered at checkout

Failure to download the product

Change of mind

Inability to access the file after delivery

Claims of unauthorized purchase when the order was completed with accurate billing information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their email address is correct before completing checkout. If an email bounces or is undeliverable, we have no way to deliver your items.
If the email provided is invalid and the order cannot be delivered, the order may be canceled and refunded for fraud prevention purposes at our discretion.
We track delivery, download attempts, and access logs for all digital purchases. These records may be used to dispute false chargeback claims.

Unauthorized Claims
If a customer files a chargeback after successfully receiving or downloading a digital product, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with:

Server logs showing access to the download link

IP address and device data associated with the download

Email deliverability records
-
Prior communication attempts
Submitting false claims or misuse of the chargeback process may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
